Private Shore Excursion from Sakaiminato: Adachi Museum, Ancient Ironworks, and Local Sake

Yesterday, we had the quiet privilege of sharing a day in Shimane with two guests from the Azamara cruise.
We walked through the living garden of Adachi Museum of Art, where every window frames a painting that breathes.
We stepped into the ancient world of tatara iron-making in Okuizumo, a craft carried forward for over a thousand years.
We tasted sake in a small local shop, unhurried and warm.
A handmade knife, chosen with care, to carry a piece of this place home.
And in between, there were conversations.
The kind that slows time down, and makes a single day feel much longer than it is.
This is what we believe in at ThoughINAKA.
Not a tour. A day lived together.
With people who are genuinely curious about the place we call home.
Safe travels, dear guests.
Shimane will remember you.
