Join us for a memorable two-day journey in the Daisen area, where you can enjoy both the sea and the mountains. November is the perfect season to witness the stunning autumn leaves in all their glory. Throughout the tour, you’ll immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscapes, experiencing the unique charm of Daisen. During our adventure, we’ll visit local farmers, where you’ll have the opportunity to pick your own leeks and other fresh vegetables. These will be used in our barbecue dinner, allowing you to savor the flavors of the region while enjoying the company of fellow participants. This hands-on experience not only deepens your connection to the local culture but also makes for a delicious end to our exciting day!

Itinerary

Day1 1:00 p.m. Arrival and Orientation (Glamping Terrace)
2:00 p.m. Start of the cycling adventure
3:00 p.m. Downhill cycling to Mikuriya fishing village
4:00 p.m. Visit a local rice farmer and interact with the community
5:00 p.m. Return bikes at Daisen Town Hall and bus pickup to the Glamping Terrace

7:15p.m. Barbecue dinner (First beer or soft drink is complimentary; additional drinks can be purchased.
Please bring your own drinks and snacks as there are no convenience stores nearby.)
Day2 Explore the Daisen area at your leisure. Breakfast is not included, so please bring your own.

    The tour will be conducted in both Japanese and English, catering to participants who wish to communicate in either language. We encourage language exchange and welcome participants looking to practice and improve their Japanese or English skills.

Cancellation Policy for “Though Inaka” [INAKA NO ARUKIKATA: The Real Encounter in Daisen area]

Cancellations made before the application deadline are free of charge. Cancellations made after the application deadline up to the day before the tour will incur a cancellation fee of 5000 yen. Cancellations made on the day of the tour or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 10000 yen. To cancel your participation, please inform us via email or phone before the specified deadlines.
