| Questionnaire | We will send you a small questionnaire asking a few questions about your name and preferences. |
| Consultation | Discuss the date for the online session. Once the date is fixed, we will search the shipping cost for your country and add it to the total payment. Then, we will send you a link for the payment. |

| Finalization | The artwork undergoes a quality check, translation of the message, and is then packaged. |
